Although we arrived an hour early, we only had to wait a few minutes before our room was ready. **Room Highlights:** - The fridge was impressively cold—a rare find during this trip, where most fridges only prevented things becoming warm. - There was a good desk and a comfortable seat in the room, making it an ideal space to work. - The shower was very powerful, which was a nice touch. - The balcony added to the charm and provided a pleasant outdoor space. - Breakfast was good

Friendly welcome, nice lobby and well-equipped rooms, some with views. From the outside, the hotel looks small, but as it is built on a hillside, it has six floors. Some of the rooms (407 for example) have a nice view. Breakfast is served in a large, well-lit room with a terrace and offers everything you would expect from a good continental breakfast. We would definitely book the hotel again and can only recommend staying there.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is well situated and provides private garage parking. Most importantly, all the staff are friendly and very helpful. Luis on reception, deserves a special mention as he is exceptional and helped us recover our passports left in our previous hotel. We can highly recommend this hotel. It provided us with the perfect base for exploring Segovia.

The breakfast is exceptional. I particularly liked the selection of cakes. Younger children would love the Nutella on tap. The staff are friendly and helpful.
